At Richard Keen we have a dedicated claims support team to help to deal with all aspects of your claim from the initial reporting to ensuring that we get the best settlement possible.
We have arranged telephone reporting facilities with most of our insurers . Our ethos is to make the process of claiming as easy and as stress free as possible and our aim is ti remove as much of the burden as possible from you.
We will liaise with the insurer and other parties such as Loss Adjusters and Motor Engineers to ensure you receive service of the highest standard and to obtain a speedy settlement for your insurance claim that you will be happy with.

In an emergency
In an emergency that occurs outside normal office hours you will normally find a Help-line number for the insurance company in your policy documentation. Alternatively, the ABI website provides emergency contact numbers for most UK insurance.
