International Security
Organisation The Organisation for Security and
Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is a security organisation
of 55 participating states which span the geographical
area from Vancouver to Vladivostok. It is the primary
instrument for early warning, conflict prevention,
crisis management and post-conflict rehabilitation. The
OSCE approach to security is comprehensive and
co-operative. It deals with a wide range of security
issues, including arms control, preventive diplomacy,
confidence and security-building measures, human rights,

The Euro This is the European
commission's internet site dedicated exclusively to the
Euro, whether you are a citizen interested in your

The European Telework
Development The ETD site aims to construct a
European network of national web sites for each
participating country. Some of these are ones that
already exist and with which the ETD has agreed to
co-operate; others are new ones directly supported by
the ETD. Each web site should contain the following:
relevant national information important to the country
concerned; and also selected European and ETD
information in the local language. Some countries have
provided their national pages in their own language:
Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, France, Germany,
Greece, Hungaria, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Portugal,
Russia, Spain, and Switzerland in German. |
